The department deals with skin, hair, nails and allied disorders including those of systemic nature. Cosmetic problems such as pimples and others are catered to.

Apart from clinical diagnosis and treatment, good dermatopathologic services are provided by the consultants. On the spot chemical cautery, cryosurgery and electrosurgical procedures are available.
